Surbhi Sound exists for the moment the lights drop, the first note lands and a room stops breathing for a second. Everything we own and everything we plan is pointed at that moment.
Getting there is engineering, not luck. A technical design before anything leaves the warehouse. Engineers who stay at the console through the event. One team accountable for audio, lighting, LED screens, stage and power together, so nothing falls between vendors on show day.
We work with wedding planners, hotels and resorts, corporate teams, production houses, government bodies, colleges, festival organisers and artists. The scale changes. The standard does not.

Yes. We are headquartered in Udaipur and execute events across India. Crew, inventory and transport are planned for outstation production, including destination weddings and multi-city corporate tours.
We deliver complete technical production — system design, load-in, rigging, programming, live operation, show calling where required, and de-rig. Equipment supply alone is possible, but production is what we are built for.
For peak wedding and festival season, four to eight weeks gives us room to design properly and lock inventory. Corporate events with shorter lead times are common and we handle them regularly. Talk to us even if the date is close.
Yes. We calculate the full load, specify generator capacity with redundancy, and design distribution with proper earthing and protection. Power planning sits in the technical drawing, not on the day.
Pricing follows the technical scope: system design, inventory, crew size, number of days including build and strike, and transport. You receive an itemised quotation, so you can see exactly what each element costs and what changes if the scope moves.
Critical signal paths carry redundancy and we keep spares on site. Engineers stay at the console through the event, so a fault gets handled during the show rather than discovered after it.
Yes. For larger projects we visit the venue and check access, rigging points, power and sightlines, then share a stage plan and equipment layout along with the proposal.
Yes. We provide camera setups, video switching, screen feeds and streaming output to the platforms you need, integrated with house audio so the stream carries a proper mix rather than room sound.
Regularly. We coordinate directly with decorators, planners and venue teams on rigging positions, sightlines, cable routes and build sequence so the technical and visual designs fit together.
